Meet our Community Leaders Across the World

At Immersion Montessori School, every program within each campus is guided by a Program Director who ensures that the daily experience reflects the highest standards of Montessori and language immersion education.

Program Directors lead their classrooms and teaching teams with warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to each child’s growth — supporting educators, connecting with families, and maintaining the integrity of our curriculum and environment.

Across campuses, Regional Managers provide coordination, mentorship, and operational support — ensuring consistency, collaboration, and quality throughout each region. Together, our Program Directors and Regional Leadership Team form a connected network of educators dedicated to nurturing curiosity, independence, and community across all IMS locations.
